BTEX Eliminator System
The JATCO BTEX Eliminator System is a natural air cooled heat exchanger condensing system used to capture and recycle BTEX and V.O.C.s from the dehydrator still column.
Condensed liquids are collected in the skid mounted JATCO Tank, then automatically transferred to storage. The residual V.O.C. vapors are sent to the reboiler main burner. A temperature controller is used to maintain a constant reboiler temperature.
This closed loop system eliminates your BTEX and V.O.C. emissions, but will also pay for itself and generate additional revenue from burner fuel savings and condensate recovery.
The JATCO Shell & Tube BTEX Eliminator is a heat exchanger designed for cold climate conditions.
The cooling capacity may be increased by installing additional heat exchangers due to our modular design.
The BTEX Eliminator System:
- Low initial cost
- Uses residual V.O.C. vapors for reboiler burner fuel
- Prevents venting of BTEX and V.O.C.s
- Uses no electrical power
- Recovers fugitive condensates for resale
- Easy to Install
