JVR - Jatco Vapor Recovery Unit
The JATCO Vapor Recovery Unit is designed to recover V.O.C.'s at low pressure and re-inject them into compressor suction or a pressurized flare line by using high pressure drive gas across a Venturi ejector.
The system used Kimray Control valves to operate the Venturi suction only as needed, instead of full time drive gas operation.
The JVR - JATCO Vapor Recovery Unit can be used in remote field applications, with no electrical requirements, for various applications including storage tank vapors, BTEX Condensers for Dehydrator still column V.O.C.'s, etc...
Sizing for the JVR system consists of gathering field data on rates of flow and applicable pressures.
